Made-to-order merchandise
Our direct-shop merchandise is made after an order is placed. Production time comes before shipping time. Available delivery options, destination eligibility and charges are shown at checkout. Please check your delivery address and the full order total before paying.
Delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, production workload and carrier. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Different items may ship separately and have separate tracking details. We do not promise a single universal production time, delivery date or worldwide availability.
Tracking and delivery problems
Keep your order confirmation and any shipment updates. If tracking has stalled, an estimated date has passed, or the address needs attention, contact us with your order number. Address changes and cancellations may no longer be possible once production or shipping has begun.
