Cover art: not finalized yet. Nine candidate covers were generated and reviewed (8 of 9 passed visual QA with no issues; the 9th had a fixable typography note, since corrected); Danny has not picked the final one, so no cover image is shown here rather than guessing which of the nine will ship. The artist portrait used for this page's link-preview image is not the album cover.
A note on the stream link: FOUNTAIN COURT is confirmed live with real tracks and durations on Spotify as of September 27, 2026. DistroKid's own HyperFollow page (linked above, and the one Danny asked this page to link to) can lag behind Spotify while it catches up and may still read "Available soon" for a little while — that lag is on DistroKid's side, not a sign the album isn't out.

* Tracks 7 and 8: the prepared lyric text passed every text check and an automatic speech-recognition screen, but the screen's word-recall was lower than the rest of the album (0.55 range). The lyric files are real and ready to submit — this is a "Danny should listen once to confirm" flag, not a missing-lyrics gap. Every other track cleared the same screen at 0.79 recall or higher (most 0.90+).
About the album
A mall that never quite closes.
FOUNTAIN COURT follows Layla.Rain through a shopping-mall world that stays open long past its posted hours — escalators that hum after the stores go dark, a food court lit only by its own signage, a security light nobody remembers turning off. It's the one album in Layla.Rain's catalog that has gone all the way through mastering, lyric verification and DistroKid submission end to end, which is why it's the first album to get its own page here.
Layla.Rain is a fictional AI-generated artist created by Danny Argudin. The music and vocals on this release are synthetic — stated here the same way it's stated on the DistroKid release itself.
